Powers:
Possession - Everest is able to take control of objects or a person's body by possessing them. The eyes of the person become white if he does this - if he's in an object, it has a slight glowy aura to it. The object is able to move around and 'emote' using movable parts, if it has any.

Floating - He can float, hover, fly with this kind of power. He doesn't technically have a body, he's just... spirit essence, so he isn't bound to conventional laws like ~gravity~. Booo.

Phasing - He can phase through pretty much anything solid, unless it's somehow protected by ghosts. (note: I don't have specifics, but not all ghost repelling methods work for him. Some do, but some don't - a line of salt would be pretty useless, or a crucifix, for example.) He's able to make himself corporeal as and when he wants to in order to interact with items or not.

EMP/electricity control - He's less adapt at this, but if he's in serious danger, he can create an electromangetic pulse that cuts out electricity in the area for a moment, rendering technology unusuable/in a state of restarting. It doesn't buy a lot of time the better technology gets, but this also leads into him being able to control lights - make them flicker, that kind of thing.

Invisibility - can make himself invisible or visible at will.

Invulnerability - He's a ghost. He's already dead, you can't do anything to him that'll hurt him significantly.

Immortality - He doesn't age past the age he was when he died.

Homebound - The longer he spends away from the diner he's haunting, the weaker he gets. Eventually, he'll get yanked back - he's able to visit places, but he has about a month before he's yanked back and has to stay there to regain his strength, slowly losing the strength to be fully visible and corporeal the longer he's away. He regains those powers pretty quickly upon returning home, but he's not able to 'stretch' that bond again for a while.

Glow - he can have a slight glow sometimes, as a treat. Not required, just in case I ever wanna do it. (not sure if this needs to be specified but in case)
