According to MarioMario54321's AU, Chompurples are purple sinister Chain Chomp sub-species that was once ruled it's leader. Waluigi's Chain Chomp pet. It happened 6 months ago before defeating the Chompurple the second time. Waluigi and his pet Chomp (Black) we're out watching the stars at night. He spotted a Purple Comet (Legends say a Comet comes once every 700 years. Also a Purple Comet contains pure evil energy.). He held up a mirror when a Comet was passing by (That's what he shouldn't of done.). The Comet's reflection gave off it's purple energy & reflected right into the eyes of Waluigi's Chomp. It slowly changed & electrified him. And then mutated with such intense power, high insane radiation, and made it's color of a Chomp purple. Chompurples can even reproduce more of them to be born.

Over time, they grow more powerful even after being beaten. And they also have the power curse areas turning it all purple & and cover the the entire world into pure darkness if they succeed (But failed).

Their weakness is purple coins (Which their from the Purple Prankster Comet (From Super Mario Galaxy).)

In this pic, Waluigi got scared & shocked seeing his pet turning pure evil. He managed to flee and couldn't do anything to save him from this pure evil energy that is possessing his pet.
