Team Dark (Shadow, Rouge, and Omega) stormed into a Warehouse full of bandits (Kind of like Gang Attacks when I played Grand Theft Auto Online before I got deranked and stopped playing GTA) that have terrorizing the streets at night. They gathered up the supplies of weapons.
