Well that fight was short since Bowser ended that round of BOTRV 2017 quickly since he almost finished setting up the Nintendo Switch quickly. BOTRV means "Battle Of The Retarded Villains" (Kind of like "War Of The Fat Italians" from SMG4, but different scenario.).
Awww man. I wanted to expect a full fight, but every round of BOTRV has to be short like WOTFI (The 2017 was better.).
