I gotta say, Shaggy seems really a really a bada** when being Ultra Instinct. My favorite internet meme (But not a big fan of internet memes.).
Shaggy has turned Ultra Instinct after he got mad seeing Shao Khan hurting Scooby-Doo and Velma. (Has anyone thought about if Scooby-Doo was in Mortal Kombat?)
