Today your looking a bit more desperate,slowly and slowly you begin to fade,
and faster and faster you let you heart darken.
and your darkness i once fought away,
returned to its natural state, a monster.
a monster, that destroyed a path we once made,
a bridge to keep us from drowning.
although i tried to keep a firm grip to what was left,
i felt no strength, and let the universe we created
crumble to pieces.
there was nothing else i could,
but only leave.
now your looking desperate, looking for a way around what you bestowed.
your grim features gleaming outwards after what is no longer there..
your skin becoming pale and bruised from what you abuse.
and your love that seemed to fill all my empty spaces,
and your arms keeping me from harm..
but i wonder, when did this all happen?
there was never a path created by us as one,
i was the only one creating, you just never followed!
