Description
I started this quite some time ago, and just did around 80% of it in the last 2 hours. It's based off of the Enclave from Fallout 2 (best RPG ever), drawn by me, scanned by me, and colored with a mouse by me.Texture's once again supplied by * resurgere .
Edit: Cleaned it up a bit and added a background.
