I really really like this. I love the colours and the scenery. The moon and the low clouds make me think of another world, it's truly beautiful. Not quite sure what the telephone xylophone thing is doing though

I'm not even sure if my computer could work with a picture of 130 layers... And I'm pretty sure I'd loose track of them and go mad (as I do after 10 layers xD)

wow nice! i love the variety of details!
I do think that there is competition for focus between the seagull in the foreground and the machine, creating a conflicted composition. but that's just my opinion.
