Yes, it's halloween. But since I have yet to draw anything spooky....here! Have a sad littel rainbow neopet. I drew him for a friend because I wanted to draw something rainbowy and she told me to draw her xweetok from neopets, but I quickly fell in love with him as I drew him. I have one of my own now, so I'll have to draw Solzen later. Enjoy. I forgot this guys name, and I don't even know if they have him anymore. But he was too pretty not to post. Her character was psychic, thus the purple aura and my lame title.
