Hiccup: "It was the day when I 'introduced' your mom to Toothless and took her flying for the first time. It was the first time she had ever flown and the first time I'd flown with anyone besides Toothless. It was magical as we flew through the beautiful night sky, but then we discovered the nest and the Red Death." Zephyr: "Whoa!" Nuffink: "Wow!" Hiccup: "We just escaped the nest with our lives and flew back to the cove where she followed us too. Your mom wanted to tell everyone but not to because I wanted to protect Toothless. I convinced her to give until the next day, and she agreed. She punched me for kidnapping her, then she kissed me on the cheek for 'everything else.'" Zephyr: "Aww..." Nuffink: "Yuck!"

I'm sure we can all agree, when we saw this movie for the first time we loved this scene! From that moment on it was clear that they would be together forever. Astrid had just begun to see what kind of man Hiccup was becoming as he showed his true self, and she also began to realize her feelings. In the following years that spark would grow into a bright burning flame and blossom like a lovely flower. And from that spark between them two lovely children, Zephyr and Nuffink, would one day be born. Love is a beautiful thing.
