Here's a cool Static Shock image I made from "Trouble Squared". Specs and Trapper did upgrade themselves and made themselves powerful dangerous criminals. As far as bad guys go I liked them. They were so arrogant, smug, snobby, but they had skills to pay the bills. Although I'm not sure they could go up against people like the Titans.
