Here's my new Static Shock image, frankly I think this is pretty good. I made this using two different screenshots from the episode "Grounded". He was searching for Carmen Dillo and I made it look like Carmen was about to attack him. As far as bad guys go Carmen was okay in this show, he was definitely more of a comic relief bad guy. However his powers did make him a slight threat, which would be a problem when he teams up with other Bang Babies. In my Static Shock and Teen Titans crossover I plan to put him in it, but he will only appear in a fight in the beginning. I have a nice idea where the Titans suddenly show up to help Static and Beast Boy easily beats Carmen.
