Here's a nice dramatic image I made from the ending of the season 3 finale for Big City Greens. I knew Chip was going to return but I expected him to show up sooner. Also as soon as Tilly said all our problems are over I knew something bad was going to happen. This fits so well. I don't know what Chip is planning but it's not gonna be good.
