Here's another nice image I made of Drew pregnant from The Secret Saturdays. In this flashback in the first episode we had no idea she was pregnant with Zac, so that is kind of a big secret they revealed later. And the fact that Kur was Zac was a very big secret. They tried to keep it a secret even from themselves but eventually the truth came out. Kur was with them the whole time.
