Here's another image of Wayne using the Fezmerizer from 'From Honey With Love". This sort of answers my question in other images as to whether or not he's actually moving or smiling like that. Apparently he is but maybe the Fezmerizer exaggerates a bit to make him seem more attractive. It was pretty smart for him to put it on the mop to distract the guards while he left.
