When I saw this, I stopped and stared for a minute. From her eyes, I see why she wears the purples. The highlighting around the freckles brings them to life - those and the eyes are my favorite parts; though the lips are very fancy ^_^ Thank you for sharing this - it is very touchable.

I'm going to be honest: I do like this shot, but I really wonder what it looked like before her skin was photoshopped? To my eye there is an awful lot of post-processing in this, and although the result is beautiful, she looks quite a bit plasticky.

Nice appraisal! This IS a fantastic shot, but yes, this is PhotoShop'ed to the point of being very close to a "photo manipulation". There is always going to be to much of a gray area to ever clearly define the two...

The clarity of the lips and finger nails is stunning. It truly makes the image stand out. The eyes as well have a good effect in them. Good one!
Were you could of done things differently if I may, is on the photo touch up of the skin, I worked in the industry as a photo retoucher and one thing that we always have to look out for, is not to blur too much the skin. The reason why, it's still need to look natural after the retouch process.
The skin in some places is too blurry example the neck and the nose. A good way is to always leave a bit of skin texture and after, if you want a clean skin the challenge is to match the skin colors in the different spot.
