Description
Lots of Jesse's personality comes from Veeva Dash from Stampy's Lovely World. Veeva starts of as a spy for Hit The Target (Jesse is a spy for the Troublemakers) and is a "friend" for Stampy (Jesse is a fake friend for Team Umizoomi) and then betrayed him in the end (Jesse betrays Team Umizoomi at the end)

Since Sarah is with Oliver and the other Troublemakers alot, as well as a friend to Team Umizoomi, Oliver makes sure Sarah doesn't tell Team Umizoomi about the teams plans with Jesse.

Also, Jesse doesn't really have any real "powers", she can speak to animals and understand them but that's really it.
Jesse can speak English and Japanese.
