colored version of my last upload. the goal was to make a portrait of ourselves and color it using to opposite colors from a color system. I chose red and cyan. We then assigned feelings or words to the colors. I assigned "Embodiment" to red and "Freedom" to cyan. and as we mixed the colors we got darker ones. I wanted to capture the idea of introspection and analysis, represented by the deconstructed face across the piece. And then the red eye shows itself getting progressively darker towards the neutral color both cyan and red mix into. Which is also true with the blue eye, just isnt visible. There are other meanings in here but I'm to lazy to write them here.
