This came out so pretty!
I love how wavy her hair looks and you have drawn her bangs perfectly
You did well on the pose and her expression is so sweet <3
I love the dress so much!!  
I love the neckline shape and the yellow band is a nice detail I love the puffy sleeves! The different shades you gave to the layers of the skirt make it look even better I love the lace you added on the top and all the tinier laces around the edges are adorable! The bow which is both on the dress and shoes makes everything more precious once again >w<
