Description

Neo might not be the most adept in his knowledge of magic, but he does everything with a flare. Making up lack of skill with his ability to distract and put others attentions where he so deems it. More of a street performer than someone with true ability, this is why magic is by far not his day job, more of a side hobby. Either way he loves to entertain and act larger than life, even thought his day to day task he's a rather extravagant, much to the annoyance of most around him. Filling most of his time with those who deem status and wealth and of course power to be a necessary to life. Enjoying the flat way most of them live during the day and filling it with his unstable liability enforcing personality. Knowing that he is the bane of most does not put him down, rather he enjoys fluffing the fur of all those around him. He's prefect party material and is a great host, cause he is far more than just annoying but a bastard with a coy smile and cooing praise at those who indulge in such things.

He picks those he really likes to mess with most, his best friend Victor. Victor is always trying to be morally grey and keep his head in his work, but Neo is always there to tear him away from whatever he's working on and redirect him. Despite always putting up an annoyed and cranky attitude about many of their ordeals he tends to go along anyways; never really sure why himself. Given that Victor's whole family is a bunch of sullen face nihilist Neo loves them all, and tends to go out of his way. Their polite overly formal dispositions struggles to treat him with bad-tempered mannerisms, but their impatient wanes when he's around.

Loving dancing, acting and getting mad drunk with the opportunity presents it self, makes those around him wonder if he ever puts his childlike arrogance away.
