Description During the realization of this one (and another one, for the sake of resting my eyes from this) things happened, as per usual, at and around my table. At first it was a slow night, and the bartender asked me and a couple of buddies to play Ticket to ride. The trunk of my car is full to the brim with boardgames that I bought during the years so I lend the car keys to someone because I simply wanted to draw but for them to have a good time. At the table there was even an older woman who somehow got sucked in and kept hostage to a game that she never played, I hope she had a good time at least! Now, there they are playing at my table when suddenly from the door the figure of one of my best friend that managed to come back from abroad after a long time appears, and the bartenders almost start to cry tears from joy. The Lady at the table experience this atmosphere weirdly as she doesn't know him but somehow got attached to the rest of the bunch, and it's there stuck in the game with all the pauses and delays due to the return of my friend. Suddenly the door open again and the local postman come, and somehow try to hit on her with really questionable lines. Now, this guy it's a newcome but it's one of my new favourite, as it's essentialy a 80 years old guy in the body of a 20 years old one: He speaks and thinks like someone from older times. So the postman it's there, looking at the table, the boardgame, me and my equipment inking, and ask her what's going on. Then after a while I heard the line "you know how policemen use to ring the bell at people, sometimes? They might ring your bell tomorrow" or something like that, with a different phrasing in our local dialect and I couldn't help but burst out laughing because Both me and the Lady understood that he was trying to invite himself to drink some coffee at her place with the worst choice of words ever. She being navigated managed the offer with class instantly, I don't know the aftermath of that and I coulnd't care less. What I care in is that somehow the local pub once again created a weird setting for stories to happen and for people to gather them. If you have any interest in my drawings, you can check for more free stuff on My [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/luca_bettons ) or [DeviantArt](https://www.deviantart.com/bettons )
