All you need to do is type your copyright text and lower the opacity, set it over the image and bam, you got a watermark.

I really love the colors a lot, the red and black are a great combo, and work especially well for this shot...
The angle seems to provide an interesting point of view, with the boot right there, it gives a sense of power to the person in the boots. While the expresion and positioning of the other person also make you wonder what's being thought about in this one...
