Beyond Good and Evil is one of the GREATEST GAMES EVER MADE!!! Why, might you ask? If you haven't played it, I suggest you go out and get it. I think you can get if for about 10 bucks pre-played at EBGames and Gamestop now for PS2, Gamecube and I think XBox. It's awesome because like Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank, it set a whole new standard for video games. There's sooooo much you can do in this game. It's story is original. It's character designs are original. The concept is awesome, and it's all of this that made this game a cult classic. Really, I'm serious! I drew this for my friend Andrew for his birthday on Monday, and to congratulate him for being promoted to store manager at another EBGames. This is Jade, the game's main character. If I were all of you, and I'm not, I'd drop what I was doing right now and go buy this game. Seriously! Read the reviews...you'll see why it's so awesome.

Ok, I think this picture took me about 5 hours from start to finish to do...pencils, inks and colors. I don't have painter on my computer anymore because it kept causing my comp to crash the more detailed I painted my backgrounds so it's all done in Photoshop, my program of choice anyway. The highlight effect is something I had to try after seeing it done in an old issue of Gen 13 I had laying around...I kinda dissected the image and suprisingly managed to figure it out...not that it was hard or anything. This image probably takes place days after peace has been restored to the planet because otherwise, there'd be an invasion in the skies as well as ground troops and other aliens smothering the landscape. GO!!! Get the game!!!
