This guy is possibly the cockiest, and the weirdest Eeveelution of all. He lives with his Grandma, and sometimes mistreats other mons (I mean every Pokemon that isn't Eeveelution.). He breaks his rear legs after falling from the second floor and that's why his legs look like this. He's also the very first of my new OCs.
