"Devil" because of use of the Vampire Squid's fun tentacles with "teeth" all over them. He's probably red. I drew this quick like last night so errors and just very static positioning.

I used to draw a lot of these guys since I play one in a good friend of mine's campaign. I posted her somewhere; Casra. My designs are based on the Illithid/Mind Flayer/Cthulu but in general they are different in a few ways - design wise definitely with the ears, genders but they do still wear the gothy leathery bondage crap. Well, mostly. If my DM ever puts up that wiki based on his game it'll have more information there.

I used to call my version the "Oct'thul" though he has a different name for them in his story which I can't remember at the moment.

Please don't vomit DnD crap at me also about the genders and what not. Last time I checked you can tweak your vision of a fantasy-esque world. I have no idea how this fucks with other people's perception with things when they are based but not the exact same thing.
