Spent 4th of July in the states with family this year, which I always love because I'm a HUGE fan of fireworks (Yes, this really is a firework. xD)
Husband-thing also just got a brand new, shiny, way-nicer-than-my-camera Canon EOS 7D for work that I was permitted to play with.
I'm actually really surprised that this is what came out of it. Colors and contrast were tweaked for extra pop, but no extensive editing. I have a feeling husband-thing might have a hard time prying shiny-work-camera from my claws now.
