If you really want it to look like that you may need to copy the baove image into MS Paint for emphasis.First Start off with a cube and then do a basic roof.
Make roof thickness and add pillars.
Next few steps:
Color in the basic colors.
Take away the bottom line.
Add a few dark lines onto the roof.
Add some lighter lines on the roof.

For the rest just randomly add different colored lines onto the roof.
Just keep adding lines until it looks like a hay roof.
Make sure you blend in one side of the roof with the other so that it looks thatched.

Add a banner across the pointy part of the roof.
Add some sand and voila!
Add a bench for the counter.
