U r probably gonna hate this Rocket but I'm gonna put it out there. Β If you were to start letting Drax, Quil & Gamora touch you here & there (a pat on the shoulder, ear rub, etc...) but keep your back off limits, u might actually start to enjoy being touched. Β I went through the same thing for years where I couldn't stand being touched because a family member decided I was "fair game" as a teenager because according to him I was "too pretty". Β After years of lashing out at people who touched me I started doing what I just described to you & it helps.
Just gotta be patient.
And come on & be honest: was being petted for that few seconds by Drax really that bad?
