is actually Shamrock prematurely escaped from her containment making her formless. Once they try to escape the laboratory was set to self-destruct an explosion bring them six feet under. Shamrock used her minty quirk to cool down the explosion, but in the process turns herself to ice and at that point, the sisters assume that she died.
