Description Ok, I know the story is just getting sadder but just hold my hand and we’ll get through it together. Ya! Next chapter!! FINALLY FIXED THE FORMAT!!

Patrick had to really rethink his recent decisions that got him into this situation. He was laying, beaten, in a Hidden Mist hospital bed under guard, being blamed for putting some man he didn’t

know into a coma he didn’t remember causing. He was wondering if they would try killing him, try to imprisoning him, or for a stretch he thought they might let him go! Ya right, for all he knew he had just killed some random guy who, by the way, invaded HIS mind and now they would do God knows what with him.

He was just a mistake, a mistake that no matter how hard he tried he couldn’t erase. He was in the middle depressing himself, which had become a regular occurrence, when the door to his hospital room opened.

Patrick looked up to see that it was the Mizukage; she walked and sat down in a chair that was sat next to his bed side. “I’m sorry for what my men did to you, it was not right.” she said with only minute traces of anger and remorse in her voice.

“No, I deserve it. I always deserve it.” The Mizukage was not shocked but she had a intersted look on her face.

“What do you mean, ‘You always deserve it’?” Patrick just looked down at his pale blue hospital blanket. It was warm, but breathed well and very comfortable. He would like one of these to keep if they would let him.

“Well, everywhere I go, everyone treats me like trash. Then something bad happens, I don’t know what but I fall asleep and I wake up in a different place. I look at my hands they are covered it blood and so is the area around my mouth.”

The Mizukage was clearly shocked but didn’t move, while Patrick kept looking at his blanket like it was showing his life’s story, making him sad, angry, and remorseful.

“I walk back into town and a lot of people were killed, they see that I’m covered in blood and put 2 and 2 together and I’m chased out of the village.”

This time the Mizukage said something.“S-So, you don’t know what happens when you… kill people?”

“No.” said Patrick who was now staring blackly at his blanket. “*Sigh* Do you really care about me?” Patrick asked the Mizukage.

This snapped her out of her light shock stared at Patrick who just kept staring at his blanket. “Well, yes, you seem like a nice boy, why wouldn’t I care about you?” Patrick looked up and stared into the Mizukage’s eyes for a long while. After what seemed like hours but was only about ten minutes, Patrick broke the stare and got out of his bed.

“Wait! You aren’t fully hea-“ but she was cut off as he earlier injuries were now only faded scars. “I heal fast, now please get a group of your most highly trained ninja and take me to a safe place to tell you what to prepare for.”

The Mist ANBU had brought Patrick to a big building, probably the biggest building in the whole village. It had plants growing on top of it which seemed normal in this misty climate, but still it was kinda weird. The windows gave a great view of the village below, mostly smaller buildings popping out from the dense foliage that covered most of the village; however that was the only thing he could see aside from a few small mountains through the mist.

He was staring out of the window in the Mizukage’s office waiting for the final person to arrive for the meeting.

“Sorry I’m late, I had to take care of some last minute business.” said some short muscly man who made it his business to make his presence noticed immediately in room by speaking loudly.

“Thank you for coming, Chimuzu.” said the Mizukage. “Is this all of them?” asked Patrick turning away from the window. “Yes, Patrick, that’s the last of them.”

There were five people in the room not including Patrick; the Mizukage, Ao, Chōjūrō, this guy Chimuzu, and one more guy who wore the same white robes of the men who beat him up in the interrogation room.

Patrick cringed a little but quickly brushed it off, he had to be level headed for what he was about to do. “Hello, my name is Patrick. I have no last name, so don’t ask.” Patrick said standing up in front of the various leaders of the Village Hidden in the Mist.

“Patrick, huh, weird name.” said the short muscly man.

“Yes it is and I will now explain to you where I come from, who I am, and why you need to banish me immediately.” Everyone grew quiet at the sound of this.

“*Sigh* I had better start from the beginning then. It started with my ancestor, Shinkōri Aisumasutā. Over 100 years ago he started the Village Hidden in the Blizzards within the Land of Ice.”

No one said a word, until the silence was broken by Chimuzu’s laughter “HAHAHA, ya right, everyone knows that everyone in the Land of Ice was wiped out over 3 years ago, there were no survivors!”

Patrick just stared at the ground, shadow covering his eyes. “Yes I know, I WAS THERE!!” Patrick’s shouting put everyone a little on edge.

“I know more than anyone that no one from the Aisumasutā clan survived because I’m it’s only and last decedent.”

Everyone appeared a little confused. “However, I gave up my clan name because it would attract too much attention as I could not defend myself against high level ninja and samurai, and because I have disgraced my ancestors with my actions.”

Patrick just stared at the ground for a few seconds before raising his head to continute his story.

“Over 100 years ago Shinkōri Aisumasutā, the first of the Ice Style users, became my village’s Kōrikage. He became a legend in the Land of Blizzards by carving out a giant glacier the size of a sea as if it were a pumpkin. Inside of the hollowed out glacier was where the Hidden Blizzard Village was founded. It was strategically located in a place where blizzards constantly rage, and only ninja with Ice Style could navigate through the blizzards to find the village."

"Over the years we realized that we were sitting on a mining… well, gold mine, however we also found several other types of precious metals, valuable jewels, and a lot of iron and tin. But being so far to the north meant we had no trading partners close by which meant that almost all our trading was with the Land of Iron. We traded the resources we mined and in return they gave us food we couldn’t grow or raise because of the harsh climate. However, things began to take a turn for the worse when a new ruler to the Land of Iron, Tetsasua, came to power."

"In my village we called him 'The Iron Jackass’ because of how high he jacked up the price of goods that we needed to survive. But things just got worse and worse as he kept raising the prices far beyond what was reasonable, until he had all but sucked my village dry. That’s when he declared war on us. Of course there was no actual declaration, for fear of our formitable ninja and environemental advantage, but instead he had set up a siege around my village under the cover of night using an impenetrable barrier jutsu that not even our strongest ninja could not break."

"After two weeks they started sending in samurai to take out ninja while they were sleeping. The streets were covered in trash and dead bodies and the barely living looting the dead bodies of people they once called friend. This was called ‘The Frozen Slaughter’.”

Patrick started to wobble a little as his eyes spun and he stepped away from the group to look out the window again. He quickly opened it a crack and throw up, which surprised everyone except the Mizukage who just stared at him in attempt to understand the pain it was causing him to relive a nightmare like that.

When he turned back he was wiping off any bile that was left on his face and the tears running down his face.

“I was only eight years old and… and… THEY KILLED MY VILLAGE! THEY JUST SAT THEIR AND WATCHED MY PEOPLE DIE SLOWLY AND PAINFULLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!!!”

Patrick screamed while crying falling on his hands and knees, but after taking some deep breaths he sat up and was ok again.

“Sorry about that. So, yes they were killing my village, watching it die behind the barrier like a bunch of cowards! But I was just a small child so all I saw was the inside of the village. People starving to death, some even resorting to cannibalism. It was the worst of humanity, and the Land of Iron dragged it out my village’s people like some horrible darkness that stole the humanity of my loved ones.”

Patrick looked like he was about to throw up again but kept it contained. “Now, where do I come in in this story? Well, the village elders were getting desperate for way to end the war, so they did something that they promised even the Fourth Hokage they would never do.”

This really got the Mist ninja interested, remembering how powerful the fabled 'Yellow Flash' was.

“Many years before the war, deep within one of the mining tunnels, was something that changed the fate of my village forever. When they found it, they thought it was just a giant sapphire, a flawless glowing blue jewel the size of a round barrel and presumed to be worth a king's ransom! But it was cold to touch, even after placing it in a fire. Legend had it that if you touched it with our bare hands, they would freeze solid and shatter."

"After studying the jewel for many years, we discovered that deep inside it was a chakra that was unimaginable and, trying to gain more power and influence in the ninja world, they unsealed the crystal. I don’t know the details of the unsealing that took place but it was such an ordeal that they formally requested the help of the Fourth Hokage."

"This was that defining moment, when the unsealing was complete, and Hyōko, the Ice Tiger was awakened. Hyōko is not a tailed beast or a demon, but a force of nature itself! He has the power to freeze over entire countries and his roar can be heard for hundreds of miles.

"It’s is the size of a mountain and has a chakra that matches if not exceeds any tailed beast, however that was nothing compared to his immeasurable rage, when he was released he destroyed over 1/3 of the village, but luckily the fourth was able to seal him away back into the jewel. He instructed the elders to never again attempt to release the Hyōko. This is where I come in.” he looked down at the floor, his eyes shaking from staring so hard.

"Hyōko was sealed into me.”

Absolute silence. That is all that could describe inside of the Mizukage’s office, no one made a sound, not even a breath.

“I was just six years old. They kidnapped me in the middle of the night, took me to the temple where the gem was stored, and sealed the beast into my body.”

More silence, however it was broken by Chimuzu after a moment.

“Hey, why would they seal his Hyōko into a child, why not an adult?” he asked, concerned and backing away from the child.

“Most of the Ice ninja had already died and even if they were alive they would have refused. I was the only one with and Ice Style chakra they could easily kidnap. However, during the sealing process, there was a very serious accident."

"Other legends of my village spoke of ice demons that lived in the tundra and feed on the misery of lost travelers. Their names are Hōkkami, The Arctic Wolf, and Kitaguma, The Northern Bear. They used to stay away from my village because there was a barrier put in place to keep them out, also there was little misery to begin with so they didn’t even bother."

"However, after war was declared and people were starving and morning the dead, it was like an all you can eat dream for them. They managed to penetrate the barrier and immediately began to feed off the misery of my people; that was until the night of the sealing."

"They sensed the unimaginable power of the Hyōko, and they made their way to the temple where the sealing was taking place and saw what was happening. Now this particular sealing jutsu works by sucking in everything around it that is more or less made of pure chakra, like the Hyōko but also the Hōkkami and Kitaguma."

"When the beast was sealed into my body, the two ice demons were sucked in as well, making me the only living human to ever hold 3 different spirits in his body at one time.”

Everyone was in complete shock. Ao and Chōjūrō stared at him in fear and confusion, while Chimuzu just looked confused. The man in the white cloak was trembling, while the Mizukage just started at him in disbelief.

Patrick’s face was expressionless and cold, a face no boy should have.

“After the sealing was complete I went into training to control the beast; however the demons would mentally block me from his mind and torture him. I don’t think that Hyōko is evil, he was sealed for so long he was assumed whoever let him out was simply after his power, and he was right, we were just after his power."

"But now the demons have been torturing him and me from the inside. As a last resort my village sent me out, an ten year old boy. The Land of Iron laughed at me, until I unleashed The Ice Tiger.”

Patrick suddenly stopped speaking and slowly lowered his head to stare down at his trembling hands.

“Th-There must have been at least five hundred samurai… and… and… I-I killed them all… in ten minutes.” A look of horror swept over everyone’s faces as he just continued to stare at his hands

“There… was… so much blood. It was all over me han-” Patrick didn’t get to finish as he rushed over to the window and throw up again.

After about three minutes of dry heaving he came back to the group and sat down with a clearly fake and saddening smile.

“Sorry again, as I was saying, the demons feed on misery so being inside a small boy who just performed mass murder was like having your mouth strapped to never ending conveyer belt of food, but it wasn’t enough for them. They needed MORE misery and thanks to me they could get it."

"Before being sealed into me they had no physical form, but were simply an accumulation of chakra held together by God knows what, but when they were sealed into my… my… body… they…”

Patrick started stuttering and burst into a cold sweat, his gaze drifting off into space as he barely finished his statement he went very quiet, staring hard enough to put two holes in the wall.

Then suddenly he started screaming uncontrollably, rolling trying to clutch every part of his body in pain, but mostly his head.

“AAHHHHHHHHH!” His screams were loud enough to be heard though the entire building and startle some people who were walking past the Mizukage building.

He continued to roll on the floor, howling in pain, but everyone was too shocked to do anything. Even the Mizukage was stunned for a moment.

Then his screams started to be less loud, and his voice was getting deeper and deeper, not to mention snakier, like a man who would drag you into an ally to sell you a watch and then stab you for five dollars.

Then he stopped screaming all together, breathing heavily he had his forearms on the floor holding his head off the ground.

Suddenly, his breathing changed, it sounded like… laughter! He was laughing is a voice that wasn’t his own!!

“What the boy wanted to say was that once we were sealed into his body, we could take it over!!”

No one even breathed, they just stared in horror at the boy whose once shy and sad expression was replaced with the look of a crazed madman bent on killing, scanning the ninja group from left to right licking his lips.

“Thank you for your time, but I really have to run!”

Then he ran to the window of the looking on to the Hidden Mist village and jumped out, shattering glass.

“AFTER HIM, NOW!!!” the Mizukage was the first to recover from the shock and once she shouted the others quickly got into gear, Ao, Chōjūrō, and Chimuzu jumped out the window after the boy leaving the Mizukage alone with the man in the white robes.

“This is and S level emergency, if what the boy said is true then we need take action, Lady Mizukage!!” the man in the white robes pleaded, but Mei just stared out of the broken window.

“We will, without harming the boy.”

“WHAT!? BUT LADY, IF HE IS LEFT ALIVE HE COULD-!” but he was cut off.

“HE IS INNOCENT, IT IS THOSE CREATURES INSIDE OF HIM!! WE NEED TO CAPTURE HIM AND FIND A WAY TO GET THEM OUT OF HIM!!!” the man in the white robes was taken aback by her bold words.

“B-But why, Lady, why risk a threat to the village for this boy?” he asked knowing he would not be able to change her mind but wanting to know why she was so serious about preserving the boy’s life.

“Because,” she said “we are not the Blood Mist village anymore, we don’t kill the innocent. Also, there is something about that boy… I have a feeling...”

The man was confused, never seeing this side of the Mizukage before, but she just kept staring out of the window listening to the noise of the village mixed with the occasional scream from a woman or shouts from a man about some crazy kid running in the street.
