Description
Was made about 3 months ago to be released for SurrealGfx, but im releasing it now on my own although it will also be released when the new pack comes out.Everything skinned except cursors.

It has that cool and wintery feel that the name suggests
And I'm a bitch for busy grungy/tech skins
My only complaint would be that the button in winshade mode are quite hard to tell appart, but that's something I can live with.

... or right click the download link and "Save Target As ..." which will prompt you to choose a filename, in which you can add the missing 'w'. Saves you from going to Explorer (or whatever filemanager you use) to rename it.
The skin definitely has that frosty look about it -- something i noticed before i noted the name of the skin Great overall job on the skin.
The only thing that bugs me are the lines in and around the time display on the main -- they seem to clutter up that area a bit ... i can sometimes confuse them for "1"s

yeah, devart is doing that lately. But i think you can just download it as is and then rename it to .wsz and it works, atleast for me it did in another skin

Wow, it looks great. It really reminds me of the Ice Beam from Metroid Prime, probably because I just finished playing it Even the metal just looks...cold. Which is a very cool effect indeed. And you can actually tell what the buttons do! I've no doubt this'll make daily favourites, as all new, excellently detailed, pretty skins like this do, and I'll put in my
