So THIS one was really hard. And im not satisfied yes, so i will overdo this one soon. His eyes looks a bit stupid XD Like he is peering >< But well: Evolution Chain complete!Ah...there is one thing am thinking of, when I see this fellow. Since every Final Stage Starter has a second type I thought of him as a water-psychic 'mon coz it also reminds me of Stitch from Lilo & Stitch XD
