Bio:
Mihaela was born in 1428 in Wallachia. Born as the only child of parents of minor nobility, she grew up not knowing her father as he passed away before her birth and her mother was a strict yet fair woman, but she had a real connection with her mom's maid. Her father's absence causes many debts to rise, and Mihaela's mother becomes rather abusive. Her only escape is through literature, and at some point, she comes across a book that talks about witchcraft; the book belongs to the maid, and she ends up teaching the young girl. Unfortunately, her mother passed away from alcohol poisoning, and the young Mihaela saw this as a good thing for a chance to be free. Sadly, it turned sour as she ended up inheriting her mother's debts, and thus, she needed to get married fast. Thinking that her below-average height to be a problem, with help from a spell book she took a potion that made her taller; albeit, it made her the tallest and most voluptuous woman in Wallachia, and she was only 24. Years later, she married a man of higher nobility, who wiped away her debts. However, around this time, Vlad Tepes III (Vlad the Impaler) became King. Her husband happened to be badmouthing the king, and Mihaela sold him out; she was heavily rewarded by inheriting his riches, and she learned something about herself: she took joy in watching her husband's corpse being impaled. She remarried again and got him killed as well. However, she used him as a guinea pig for her witch spells and potions. When Vlad the Impaler's rule ended upon his death, she left Wallachia to the west of Europe to England. She had various suitors that she toyed with to give her money but never married them. Around this time, she drank a potion that turned her into a vampire to remain young and didn't mind the fact she became permanently nocturnal from now on. Then, in the late 17th century, she became targeted when she was suspected of killing her third husband; it turns out that she did kill him when she was caught doing witchcraft. She left England for Salem, Massachusetts, but it was worse as the infamous witch trials had begun. An angry mob marches her cabin, and one man throws a torch through her window. This causes an explosion to appear from inside her home, although many potions were mixed, and this causes her skin and general anatomy to change permanently; causing her to become the first-ever Darkling. She manages to escape with her newfound abilities and lives most of her life as a recluse hermit in the newly "discovered" New World. Except for one period of time when she was welcomed by the Native American Crow tribe. For centuries, she watched the colonies become an independent nation that slowly grew, getting itself into a civil war, two world wars, and so on. Currently, she owns wine making and liquor disterlly, and many hospices throughout the US and many in Europe after War Against the Higer Power. She used to live in Alaska, in a castle, but after a certain break-in, she moved her HQ to New Orleans. Eventually, she'll marry a man who isn't out of pragmatism but for love.
