Maybe I shouldn't call it Four Arms anymore because now he has two additional arms.
I found that many people had also made their version of Ultimate Four Arms have six arms. Originally I thought it would be weird for "Four Arms". But since Tetramands (Four Arms' species) have evolved into having four arms, I think it is reasonable to have six for an more evolved version.
BTW, the design is based on the Pokémon Hoopa Unbound. And the color scheme is based on Quad Smack (Antitrix's sample of mutated Tetramand hybrid) from the reboot series.
