Harlock's ears and horn has a green gradient. 
Ah, dont be afraid to draw the teeth big and if teeth are black, you can go a few shades lighter so it can be identifiable. I found an artist artwork that has different expressions for tootheye. You can use it as reference, > www.deviantart.com/tenshilove/…
If it makes life easier, you can draw their tootheye closed. Lol. I apologize for not explaining how the closed species work xD I should of thought about it.
