This is my second painting of my Benjamin. I painted it based on a picture I took of him.watercolors, watercolor pencils, salt, masking fluid

Hát, ezt nemigazán tudom neked megmondani, mert kb 3-4, talán 5 napot dolgoztam rajta, de nem egyenletesen, olyan napi 1-2-3 órát kb.. Még múlt kedden kezdtem, de volt olyan nap, hogy nem, vagy csak alig dolgoztam rajta.. aztán a száradási idő is bezavar..

Aha, hát mindenesetre elég sok munka lehetett. Néha én is így szoktam, de én általában hamarabb ráunok egy-egy rajzra és akkor vagy összecsapom vagy soha nem fejezem be.

I like the way the background turned out too!
I heard before that I kind of use watercolors as if I was using pencils.. I like using thin brushes, that's why the hair probably looks more dawn than painted.. I'd call it a painting.
I used a grey watercolor pencil to highlight the blackest bits and the whiskers and a white one to highlight the ears.
