For anyone trying to change learn this on an alt, you will be able to learn it, but won't be able to use it until you learn Artisan flying as Lunarwing is a 280% flight form. Had trouble finding info on this so thought I'd post it here. so... we can use it at 70.
i assume we can talk to the npc and enable it, but can't use until then, which is a bit dumb? especially when the other classes get to use theirs at the minimum flying at 60.. which, isn't that far off but still unfair kinda lol ;;
