Description

Cursed Puppet faction, The Enforcer. This person lived and strived to be stronger than anyone but found limits he didn't know how to pass. Coming in contact with the cursed puppet handlers, they promised him power beyond what he could ever achieve on his own. Willingly, he took the offer and was tasked with "handling" fringe groups and "bad" people in exchange for the augmentations that push beyond human limits. He followed orders with no reservations about what he was doing or going to do. Only when he was tasked with wiping out a town with no military presence did he refuse and found out quickly an agonizing torture throughout his body. Once he refused orders, he would be tortured into compliance. Even attempted suicides could never be carried out. He was now the host to a greater power, a shell, a puppet. He now starves himself in the hopes of one day being released from this mistake and servitude.

The pictured scene is shown after the extermination of a town and (with the exclusion of showing it) before dozens of children who were deemed threats by the greater power that controls him.
