Description
After War Marina blew up his old body when she spilled Octo Scotch into his chest cavity, War Shocker had to be rebuild in a new body to better insolate the radiaton he emits after becoming a Nuclear type Warmonger. Sadly, living in the cavern they call home, War Marina only have access to scrap metal and bits and pieces of armor, making him more ramshackle and leaking radioactive waste. The lead in his new body also messed slightly with his brain, giving him random outbursts of screaming his head off while sounding like a Gieger counter. However, despite being a huge hazard (literally) he also serves as a battery for the base.
