cirion believes he was gifted his power to bring judgement and justice to people
hum is far stronger than him but fears hurting people badly so he at times wont stop wrongdoers since he doesn't want to risk killing them
because he's so stressed his chances of killing cirion if he uses his power is very high, humphrey is refusing to use it and that's making cirion even more angry
because someone far stronger than him would rather be beaten or killed than defend himself and it reminds him of his dad
