How do you take self-portraits so flawlessly. You must have been doing this for a long time. You did this for a contest? How comfortable were you?

No, this is the second one I've taken (except the ones of my face). I'm not very comfortable with it.
And how do I take it, well I notice my reflection, on an opposite window and see that the lighting is good, I take two stools, put one on the other one, put the camera on it, push the timing button, press the picture takes, goes in place, tries to remain without moving, and it's done. That's all the stupid way.
