www.deviantart.com/ibrs1274 will like him.I had his character idea in my head before the Wii U was made.
He was supposed to be a cyborg, (Red cybernetic pupil-less eye, robotic hands and a wheel.)
Then he as supposed to have a square light on his face which glows when he speaks, one green pupil-less eye, and his clothes were supposed to be painted on.
Now he has the same eyes, two legs, separate clothing and boots, a flexible mouth with teeth that glow when he speaks, an auto-tuned voice and a Spiritonium soul. (A green lightning bolt)
