Historia:

Hurlob już od samego początku, od momentu wyjścia na powierzchnię i rozpoczęcia egzystencji na cybertronie, miał zadatki na świetnego wojownika, w dodatku honorowego. Przeczy temu jednak to co emituje jego iskra: dobroć, prawość, troska o innych, poświęcenie, miłosierdzie i bezinteresowność. Po ukończeniu podstawowego szkolenia w zakresie wiedzy i walki, zaciągnął się do straży przybocznej Rady Cybertronu (Czy cuś, ten teges...). Z idealnymi predyspozycjami, został jednym z najbardziej wzorowych Sentinelów- Obrońców. Wyposażony w tarczę i miecz czynił służbę jak Rycerz. Bronił słabszych i siał niepewność w sercach wrogów. Jednak temperament wojownika brała górę i aby nie ześwirować, postanowił w wolnych chwilach zgłębiać medycynę cybertrońską by nieść pomoc nie tylko orężem. Był tak zdeterminowany, że ukończył studia lekarskie z wyróżnieniem. Możliwość pomagania innym lecząc usatysfakcjonowała go i Hurlob poczuł się szczęśliwy. Stał się pewnego rodzaju paladynem. Jednak świat przewrócił się na głowę gdy doszło do buntu Megatrona. Sam był świadkiem przemowy Oriona paxa i był tak ujęty prawdą słów Oriona, że wiedział jaką stronę poprze w Wielkiej Wojnie. Od tego momentu nie był już ochroniarzem- został medykiem polowym który tarczą i mieczem wyciągał rannych z opresji, a swoją wiedzą leczył i podnosił na duchu.
Po przybyciu Wreckersów, postanowił do nich przystać, biorąc sobie za cel zniszczenioa nieprawości i siania dobroci w całej galaktyce.
