Description
Ritual of CommunionI The Priestess
A perfume of aconite and belladonna
Deadly and alluring
Emanates from bare breast
Her eyes painted indigo covering
Twin dark moons in velvet embrace
Her hair falls like writhing serpents
Around her neck
Her alabaster skin glows pale
Reflecting cold fires raging within
Upon her brow the crescent between
Twin pillars of raven wings reside
Within a band of silver circling her head
She stares through the world to that
Which is unseen
Vistas upon distant horizons stretching
Beyond time and space
A bemused look creases her blackberry colored lips
Glistening with the kiss of nightshade she placed upon them
A robe the color of midnight
Hangs upon her, covering her flesh in shadows
Pulled tight around her body, silver lining caresses
Her skin in satiny luminescence
In her hands she holds a large grail hidden
Beneath a translucent purple veil
Reflecting unseen stars as floating orbs
Sparkling all about her
At her bare feet a serpent is coiled
Suddenly, in a rush of movement
Above her head the grail is lifted
II. The Storm
Lightning flashes and the winds rise
Swirling about her in a grayish mist
Soon a fog envelopes her
Standing amidst wind and rain
Immense rolls of thunder
As forked tongues of lightning
Split the sky and earth
But within the maelstrom
She, though obscured within a gauze of clouds,
Is untouched, unmoved by what is transpiring about her
As if immune to it all
Standing statue-like with grail above her head
Slowly a tear appears through the sky
And a whirling ball of light emanates forth
Spinning around and around
The tear grows and suddenly
More balls of light
Fill the lightning streaked skies
Slowly the thunder dissipates
But the lightning intensifies
She is now standing unseen beneath
Yet at the center of it all
The whirling balls of light
Begin to stream forth
Streaking the sky
as they zoom chaotically in all directions
the lightning slowly fades and through
the tear an inky black light pours forth
III. Black Mana
slowly the moving orbs, the swirling twister
stops undulating about the priestess
and veils of clouds, mist and fog
are stripped away
to reveal the now naked priestess
holding the grail above her head
but it is being filled from above by the black light
which as it descends becomes liquid
transforming into a wine like substance
that streams into the grail
which is radiating like a prism
shooting shafts of color everywhere
the now stationary orbs are gaining in intensity
sparkling like diamonds dotting the sky
forming shapes and symbols
the priestess nude and in ecstatic trance below
continues to receive the black light into her grail
and it becomes a fountain
overflowing on each side around her
yet as it falls it again becomes light
and from the black light-aura like forms hazy shades of color
while the priestess’ body, now undulating as if in the throes
of an unseen lover
her head thrown back and body swaying, writhing
she is lost in a sacred art of communion
letting go of the grail, which now floats overhead
she stretches her arms out at her sides
penetrating the aura of light at each side
her pale flesh glowing
as if set aflame with colors
yet emanating black from within
IV. Descent
A silver light radiating about her
She lifts her eyes skywards
Staring up longingly at the grail
Reaching up, but she does not touch it
And for the first time her lips move
But no words are heard
Gradually the black wine
Overflowing from the cup stops
And as if at her will
It ascends back up
Into the slowly closing tear in the sky
Her skyward eyes return earthward
As the grail slowly descends to her nose
Peering into it she inhales deeply its contents,
It’s essence, further into her
Then continuing the cups descent she
Draws it to her lips to taste its quintessence
Kissing the chalice three times before partaking of it
At seemingly command of her eyes the grail
Touches her skin to rest within
Embraced between her breasts
Staring down into it, she gazes at its surface
Moving her hands and arms in sweeping motions
Before linking them above her head
Like twin horns curved on each side
From this pose she lowers her hands to the grail
And holds it beneath her outstretched legs
Soon pearly, yet clear drops
fall into the cup
with left index finger she swirls the contents around
then holds the finger out before her
as if holding it out an offering
to entities felt yet unseen
after this she falls to her knees
and all the light and aura around her are gone
the only light remaining is that which radiates
in waves of silver luminance from her skin,
the sparkling orbs above her
and a sliver of curved light
which remains from earlier tear
V. Union
Kneeling before the chalice
She holds in her hand
The snake earlier at her feet has returned
Its eyes are huge red rubies glowing malevolently
Its hooded head is adorned with one curved horn
Drooping its head with flicking tongue into the grail
The snake partakes of the communion she has offered it
Soon the snake begins to transform itself into a large
Gigantic serpent, it’s eyes transforming from ruby red
to deep emerald with glowing gold at its center
The elongated serpent then becomes the color of copper
Then silver, then gold, before erupting into a
Large tongue of flame sliver hued with flecks of black
The priestess lies back and the tongue of flame laps her up
Consuming her yet being absorbed by her flames
Yet as one sees the tongues dancing of flame
One also sees the immense serpent and priestess
In congress with one another and beyond that one sees
A drunken harlot atop a seven headed beast
But the secret scene are cherubic like children
Girl and boy (Puer and Puella) in embrace
naked primal innocence at the heart of it all

This is a very darkly erotic poem on so many levels...I loved the visual imagery your words portrayed...It is indeed a very well written piece...I must add it to my favorites right now!...
