it fascinates me. where did it come from? are there seeds of harmony? obviously discord has his seeds of chaos. what's in the box? so pretty  O.O are there other magical trees with magic deus ex machina? more world building!!!

Hm I for one found the introduction of such a mighty tree out of thin air a bit clumsy.
Seriously, it is growing JUST beneach the old castle and nopony ever knew about it? Celestia never mentioned it?

Anyway. That tree is unquestionably extremely powerful. If it can GROW the elements of harmony like fruit and has the power to capture all evil of everfree forest, this tree might as well be a mortal god!

Maybe, but hasbro already did a lot that was AGAINST lauren's ideas.
Like turning Twilight into an alicorn. Lauren wanted to never have this happen.
At least they canonize some of her other ideas. Like Scootaloo beeing handicapped.

Indeed. I freaking ADORE the idea of her being a vampire now.
Since it also indicates at the very end that the transformation back did not fully work, I like the idea that she can become a bat at will now.
Fluttershy is starting to develop into one very mighty character.
I would even dare to say that she is the second strongest in the group now, next to Twilight.
