Description
A friend on the Archie comics forums asked me to do a commission of three of Riverdale's cutest girls - Midge, Betty, and Cheryl Blossom as the Powerpuff Girls with Dilton Doiley as Professor Utonium, of course.
Done in ink and water colors.

In keeping with the PPGs, I wanted a girl with short black hair. Since Veronica is known for her long, dark tresses, Midge Klump -- Moose's girlfriend worked very well there. Betty as Bubbles was very obvious and Cheryl as Blossom was easy too, based on the name and the hair color. As someone pointed out, since Dilton's the brain of Riverdale, he got to play the part of Professor Untonium.

I think there was one issue where they mentioned a girlfriend. But I've just been picking up the "Digest" issues at grocery stores.

Either way, this is very impressive! I've always been fond of the Archie comics (and Dan DeCarlo's style), and this is a very fascinating mix!
