I dont know. If they have i dont notice since it seems like my stepbrother never age. They act like children all their life never growing up its stupid at times. Yet if i say something i will be scolded and then its my fault they are still children.

Whenever myΒ older family membersΒ (especiallyΒ relatives) look at me or any of my younger cousins and siblings, they always tell us that we got so tall and mature. They see how we progress over time since they saw us when we were babies and now we're all into our teens. But some scenarios like your stepbrothers case, I cant say for xD

Only my mother's side. My mother's side meet up 3 times a year. Christmas. A summer bbq. And a religious function in October. I have some cocky, popular older cousins.
I've only seen and hung out with a couple of my cousins on my dad's side years ago. Most of them I might never meet.
