I...cheated on this one. She is partly made by that randomizer I used for the other ones, but I had already decided she would be Sky/Ice, and her backstory was already partly made, though it was made as an insert into a version that stuck closer to canon instead of my AU, so I tweaked her a bit, and used the randomizer for help.

Wind was born nameless and disgraced. 'Abnormalities' were typically shunned in SkyWing society, so when her egg hatched and she was found to be impure, she was cast out, thrown into the SkyWing prison as nothing more than a gladiator for the cruel queen. She was told she was lucky, as she could have simply been thrown off a cliff. This didn't help much, growing up in a hostile environment for such a tiny dragonet, where at any point she could die, her death cheered on by an unfeeling crowd. On one of these battles, all the IceWings were brought out to fight in a free-for-all, as the NightWing King, Darkstalker, had declared hatred for all IceWings and their blood, and they were to fight for his entertainment. By some miracle, in the chaos of this battle, she managed to escape the palace without the notice of any attending mind readers. Now free, and with nowhere to go, as an unholy child of fire and ice, the dragonet simply flew where the wind took her, getting around and hearing the stories of the other dragons and the goings on of the war. She was then able to pass on what she'd heard to more dragons she'd meet. With no home to anchor to, the young dragon simply flew on with the breeze. She named herself Wind, free of her past life, taking on a new identity of a travelling nomad, who made her living on crafting with the materials she came across, and either making her own food or selling them for money. It was during these windy trips she would meet Eclipse and find out of her organization. She met Mist, who, out of empathy for the situation she was in, forcing her to be on the run, gifted Wind with an animus enchanted necklace, dubbed the Crystal of Chaos, that would allow Wind to effortlessly use both fire and ice breath, regardless of temperature, as well as survive any environment, cold or warm. Wind vows to protect their secret, and is considered an ally.

She was created as a result of this from the graphic novel. I found it funny enough to make an OC with it. The og backstory is that she escaped the SkyWing prison when the NightWings killed all the purebred IceWing and the DoD escaped.
