Executive Brief
Shae is a an Irish national who joined MI-5. He used his abilities to hack and destroy all of the IRA's electronic currency. Named a traitor by the IRA, the group went after both him and his family. In retaliation, Sahe killed several IRA members by hacking the electronics of their vehicles. In order to prevent future encounters, Shae was assigned to Project Gladiator in a joint venture between Great Britain and the United States.

Powers and Abilities
Reflexes and athleticism of a male who engages in regular physical exercise. Shae's abilities allow him to mentally interface with any computer systems. His range seems to about fifty meters. The more complex and advanced the system, or security assigned to the computer system, the longer it can take for him to take control of it.
