I always don't like to switch to the description to proof if I chose the right category for my picture. But it is a need to read the descriptions of the categories to be sure to submit the picture to the appropriate gallery.
I also think the idea I have for make a extra box (or it can be also integrated alternatively as a kind of popup-text) to show the category description on the fly while hovering or selecting the category entry.
This will prevent wrong submitted art allot especial from people to lazy to select the appropriate one. For people always found it important to chose the best matching category this will speed up and easy the handling for them a lot too.

hope you like this modification idea and maybe it will come in one or another way one day.
